TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing, browsing, or using www.tipac.com.sg, you acknowledge what you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, you should discontinue your use or access to this Site.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. All shipping cost will be revised and update via email after checkout.
2. After your order is verified and payment has been made, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

1. TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order.
2. TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd aim to deliver within 7-35 working days from order made, but TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd cannot promise an exact date when you submit your Order.
3. TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd order cut off day shall be 5:45 PM daily. Any order made after 5:45 PM shall be process the following working day. Should order fall on Friday, next working day shall be on Monday.
4. TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd always aim to deliver within the stipulated time frame of any Order, which TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd accept but cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.
5. TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd shall aim to let you know if expected that TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
6. TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd deliver in our standard packaging, any special packaging is not applicable.
7. TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd shall ensures the order is in good and presentable condition before item being shipped out.
8. You must take care when opening the Product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Products are sufficient and suitable for your purposes and meet your individual requirements. TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd do not warrant that the Products will meet your individual requirements. You acknowledge that the Products are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.

 

CANCELLATION

1. TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd may cancel an order if the Product is not available for certain agreeable reason between customer and TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd.
2. TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd shall notify the case and return any payment that has made, as agreed and acknowledge by TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd.
3. TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd shall refund the money received, and may not be the same method as payment being made via payment gateway.
4. TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd shall not accept any cancellation of order for any possible reason, except for cases as mentioned in (Cancellation 1.)

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

1. TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd warrant that:
   1. the Product will be delivered undamaged in the quantities ordered; and
   2. the Product will conform with the manufacturer's latest published instructions as set out on the Site or in our Product material at the time of your Order.
   3. should the product received in damaged conditions, please email the proof of photo and shipping note to sales@tipac.com.sg.
   4. complaints of damaged product should be made within 72 hours upon receiving the item.
   5. any complaints made after 72 hours upon receiving the item shall not be entertained.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

1. All items ordered are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Items are exchangeable if any faulty of product found within 72 hours upon receiving the item.

 

GUARANTEE AND COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT

1. TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd shall perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions with reasonable skills and care.
2. TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd place great value on our customer satisfaction. You may contact us at any time using the contact details given. TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd will attempt to address your concerns as soon as reasonably possible and will contact you on receipt of any relevant enquiry or complaint.
3. Should you have any inquiries, or complaints, kindly contact us at sales@tipac.com.sg.

In the event of a complaint kindly describe the object of your complaint as accurately as possible and, where applicable, send us copies of the Order or at least the order number that TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd assign you in the Confirmation of Order.

1. Should you not have received any reaction from us within 5 working days, please make further enquiries. In rare cases your emails may be caught up in our spam filters or not reach us, or correspondence that we send to you may otherwise not have reached you.

 

AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE, SECURITY AND ACCURACY

1. Whilst TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd endeavour to make the Website available 24 hours a day, we cannot be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable for any time or for any period. TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd make no warranty that your access to the Website will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. Due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. In addition, TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd may occasionally need to carry out repairs, maintenance or introduce new facilities and functions.
2. Access to the Website may be suspended or withdrawn to or from you personally or all users temporarily or permanently at any time and without notice. TIPAC Singapore Pte Ltd may also impose restrictions on the length and manner of usage of any part of the Website for any reason. If we impose restrictions on you personally, you must not attempt to use the Website under any other name or user.
